  • Bike returns are due by 6pm Monday–Friday and by 5pm on Saturdays.
  • Our bike trailers are for young children’s use only. For everyone’s safety, please do not use them for other purposes.

Bike Size Guide:
  • As a rough guide we suggest a kid's 20“ bike is for 6 - 7 yrs old and a kid's 24“ bike is for 7 - 10 yrs old.
  • Trailers are generally suitable for 2 passengers aged 9 months to 4 yrs old.
  • A Tag-a-long is generally suitable for 5 to 6 yrs old
  • Note: These size guidelines are only an estimate. If your child is particularly tall he/she may require a bigger bike. In the event that a bike is the wrong size for your child, we will do our best to find a suitable replacement.

Waterford Greenway Bike Hire

All the bikes at Dungarvan Greenway Bikehire are all hybrid bikes and we can cater for all age categories. Trailers and tag-a-longs, as well as child seats can be attached to the bikes. All bikes are serviced regularly in our bike shop, to ensure maximum comfort for the cyclist. Cycle helmets are included with every bike rental free of charge.
